My Panic Attack and Anxiety story (so far)

Hello, so far, as you guys may know, I am sort of dealing with panic attacks and anxiety so badly, which especially happens in school, home, church, and places like the shopping mall. This Monday, I was feeling super nervous during class just because of a partner project with my sister, since I was a loner, and had no friends to be partners with. I was looking for the closest exit to everything I hated, and everything that made me nervous. Anyways, after school that day, when I came back home, it was super cold, so I ate some food, and slept regardless of whatever happened. It made me feel lighter, and better, but I still was secretly nervous. My sister approached me the following day and asked me if I was alright yesterday at class. I said I was alright, but she found out that I had a panic attack. That night, (on Tuesday) I asked myself: "What if everyone knew I was having a panic attack that day at class?" "Is it noticeable?" I feared, and on Wednesday, the day ended in a blur, and I went to worship God after school, and I felt way better, hopefully God is with me, and he always has anyways. Thursday, which is today, in school I was alright, day by day I was abled to handle my anxiety and panic attacks by myself. Although tomorrow is the day we work on our partner project, I hope I can handle it, and in case anyone bullies or makes fun of me just because I am working on the project with my sister, I am going to stay strong and let nothing get in my way. Maybe tonight I should pray to God to be with me, and help me out whenever I need it. I hope someone out there is also like me. But what was so great is that I found encouragement. Andrea Choice, (A beauty YouTuber) said that she worked with her sister in projects, and even hang out with her in lunch, and many other. If you guys can help me more on what to do, please leave a nice comment on what you think I should do the next time I face a situation with a panic attack or anxiety. Thank you so much for always tuning in, and listening to my tiny forgotten life.
P.S. I also wanted to note that recently, I also changed blog design, to give it a new twist. I really want a Wonder Forest's Envye's Blogger custom design, but I will get it when I get enough money.

How do I deal with panic attacks?

Hello,
I am back on Blogger, and I am realizing that lately, I am getting so nervous, even when I don't even need to. At school, I was at one of my classes, and my teacher assigned a partner project for us to do, and I could'nt find any partner, so I was partners with my sister. While everyone else worked normally, I was the only one working with sweat, shaky-ness, rapid heart beats, and waiting for the bell to dissmiss the class so I can get out of that class ASAP. My sister looked fine doing the project, but I was so nervous, and I was so sad, and embarassed that I had to work with my sister, while everyone worked with their friends. That's why I have'nt blogging lately. Please, if anyone knows how to deal with this, help me. Or tell me good resources to look at, like other's personal blogs on anxiety and panic attacks.

Hello, of course I am busy with school, but that doesn't mean my craft stops. Recently I bought these craft materials, and made many cards on my own. I will upload more, but here is the ones I am loving. Its also easy to make if you have the tools like craft punchs, papers, and others. Why I have'nt been around lately.

I decided to tell you all why I haven't been around lately. Well of course you know that the world is busy. Let's get straight to the point.


1. Going back to school after the holidays.
2. Being sad about everything, and sad that tough school days are back.
3. The weather now days are too cold and that gets me busy, I have to get rid of snow blocking my property and things.
4. Internet connections was bad, and I could not go on the internet. Since I have a wireless wifi router, I had to patiently wait till this day to blog on Blogger, I really want to say, sorry.
5. You know...stress too.

Forever21 Obsession + New Years Resolutions (Late resolutions)

Before I get more into my Forever 21 obsession, I want to list down my new years resolution.

1. To make more friends.
2. Do better in math.
3. Prove that I am capable of my blog.
4. To have a great year. And do my best in everything I need to overcome.

So these were my resolutions. I hope that I can achieve them this year. Last year, I didn't achieve any of them...(sobs)

Forever 21

Forever 21 is a store selling some cheap great clothes and other things. I am going to tell you one item from Forever 21 that I am in love with, this is also a in-trend item, and popular with other people too. This is how it looks like, and I really want this hair bands real bad. They say that normal hair bands are boring and that they can damage your hair...which is true. So I would want this so much. I hope you can relate too.

So I hope you understand my obsession with these hair tie sets from Forever21. I think there are other stores where you can buy these too. Like Topshop, Pacsun, and maybe there might be some in Walmart too. Who knows?

Baby I, so why not Baby Lips

I am really loving Ariana Grande's new album: Yours Truly.
And there is one song called Baby I, and that is one of the best songs of Ariana. And I went to Walmart, and went to the beauty and cosmetics section, and I saw this Baby Lips lipstick-ish lipblam. Baby Lips are from Maybeline, and I really love the color of it. I also bought the blue one, which is a SPF mostrizer, but my favorite has to be this one:

It is so pink, that I am so impressed. This is what I wear to school, and I do it real light, but it still makes my lips look a little better.

P.S. I have much to say on the Baby Lips, it is just amazing, and I recommend this if you are needing color on your lips. Use it if you go to school, a quick errand, to work, and if you dont want to overboard. You can buy this at any drugstore, Walmart, Target, Kmart, and etc.

 

Pots- Your new makeup desk organizer.

Hey there, so I know that many of you have makeup desks, where you do your makeup at home. So I wanted to show you one way you can organize your makeup desk.

Here is what you will need:
-A pot, any color, any size you want.
-A piece of paper cut in a circular shape to cover the holes on the bottom of the pot.
-Glue. Recommended: Hot glue gun.

This is the pot I decided to use, and I bought this at Walmart for only 26c for this one.

And here are all the makeup products that will be in the pot. And before you put makeup products in the pot, get a piece of paper, cut them in a circular shape that fits the size of the bottom of the pot, and use glue (I recommend hot glue gun) to sticks the paper to the bottom of the pot. Do this to pervent makeup porducts from falling from the holes. *If your pot does not have any holes, then lucky for you, skip this part.*

 

And this is how the makeup fits in the pot: (Please note: I also included the OPI nail polish in the pot due to extra space.)

You can even design the pot if you want to, but I love the dark green color itself, so I am going to let it be. You can also put it in categories: Makeup brushes in one pot, eyeliners in one pot, lip gloss and lip sticks in one pot, mascaras in one pot, foundations in one pot, nail polishes in one pot, and etc. I just randomly selected some few of my makeup products and just put em all in one pot, and yeah...I found it organized.

Red of the Year 2013

Well Happy New Year, and I hope this year will be a great year for everyone. I decided to make this blog post a really red theme based one. SO here it is:

OPI red nails were basically the most nail color I did in 2013.

This is the camera I mostly used in 2013. All pics were taken by this baby.

My favorite red bag I used almost everytime I went shopping to Walmart, and Target in 2013. I also liked this because whenever I go Target with this, were matching colors.

EOS, yep Evolution of Smooth. Ever since Miley's We Cant Stop video came out I saw some EOS, and I started makeing a collection, and Summer Fruit was my most used in 2013.

 

...And the red radio itself is perfection...right? I always listen songs on here when wifi is out, or when I am charging my phone, and etc etc.

 

So there you have it, my 2013 in red, and I am sorry that I couldn't blog yesterday due to New Years Eve things, and yeah.
